DESCRIPTION:Join us for 19 days of Fasting and Prayer, January 5th – January 23rd.\nWe will be observing the Daniel Fast, focusing on simple, nourishing foods and intentional spiritual focus. However, we also recognize that each person’s health and circumstances are different. If the Daniel Fast is not suitable for you, you are encouraged to choose another meaningful sacrifice, something that creates space for prayer and draws you closer to God.  To determine if the Daniel Fast is for you, please see the attached list of foods that can be consumed and should be avoided during this time.\nRemember, this fast is not about restriction, but relationship, drawing nearer to God with purpose.\nDaily Morning Prayer\nDuring the 19 days, beginning January 5th, we will also gather for daily prayer each morning at 7:00 AM.
